We are happy to announce that the 17^thGlobelics Conference “Innovation Systems and Sustainable Development: new strategies for growth, social welfare and environmental sustainability” will be held in Heredia, Costa Rica, November 3^rd to 5^th 2021, combining both presential and online participation. The conference will be hosted by the International Center of Economic Policies for Sustainable Development, CINPE, an institute of the National University.

Considering that we did not have revision of the presented papers last year, we are starting the whole process of paper submission again .  The papers submitted during 2020 will not be considered. We invite colleagues who submitted a paper during 2020 to present it again according to the new call for papers.
