To Strengthen African Innovation Ecosystems

AfricaLics is dedicated to empowering African scholars, particularly PhD students and early career researchers to conduct research in innovation and development studies. Our mission is to ensure that this research not only meets global standards but also addresses the unique developmental challenges faced by African communities.

Through our robust research capacity strengthening activities, we have successfully nurtured a growing community of academics. These scholars are now equipped to offer valuable policy advice and support to African governments and businesses, enhancing their ability to make informed decisions on innovation and strengthen innovation ecosystems.
