DESCRIPTION:The Fourth AfricaLics PhD Academy was held at Diar Lemdina\, a resort hotel just outside Hammamet in Tunisia. The Academy was hosted by Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Tunis in collaboration with the University of Manouba\, Tunisia. \nThe Academy was held over a two week period in March 2016 at Diar Lemdina outside Hammamet\, Tunisia. The programme of activities included sessions focused on innovation and development theory\, research methods\, policy and impact as well as project element.
